Pre-qualify them – what have you used in the past? What is most important to you? Skin care? Dark tan? Softer skin? Then, enthusiasm first. Confidence second. Product knowledge third. At Texas Tan we call them VIP Memberships. When we sign up new members they receive a perk card always receive discounts on lotions. Every six months they stay active they receive a 5% increase on that discount.
